Learn to relax practicing mindfulness, feel the energy of your body with Tai Chi and enjoy a time of connection with the authentic, in the cozy corners of our home.El objetivo de este retiro es ofrecer un paréntesis de relax, tanto para el cuerpo, como para la mente y las emociones. Así como también ofrecer una invitación para adquirir hábitos saludables, con el fin de disfrutar la vida en armonía de manera consciente.
